Strategic Workforce Planning

I created this video-based course to explain to HR professionals why strategic workforce planning is critical for organizations. It shows them how to craft a plan that ensures that the right employees are placed in critical roles through SWP. I was responsible for writing the course script, creating the storyboards, and create assessments.
